Monday 3/15/10


10 am TWO cup of water
2 pm 24 ounces of green juice with kale, lemon, stevia, romaine and ginger.
430 pm Three cups of water followed by six Chicken Wings from Pizza LucĂ© and one piece of GCT with a tablespoon of Blue Cheese Dressing – YUM. 
830 pm HUGE SALAD with pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, carrots, spirulina, olive oil, braggs apple cider vinegar, sea salt and pepper with the same sweet potato and squash soup I’ve been chowing on for a couple of days and a veggie taco on Food for Life sprouted corn tortilla with raw goat gouda, onion, red pepper and cilantro.
945 pm Eight ounces of water

  1. Garlic Cheese Toast - Probably not on the "health plan" but a delicious occasional exception.
