1130 am One Liter of Water

1230 pm 8 ounces of GREEN juice with turnip greens, lemon, romaine, stevia and ginger

1 pm Cantaloupe slices, black berries, apple slices, orange slices and ½ banana.  My friend Missy came over for brunch.  It was lovely to have company.

220 pm  ½ box of Diamond Brand Pecan Crisps (I'm quickly learning that I should not buy these, as I tend to finish a box on the same day I buy it.  They are gluten free, but heavily processed and probably not the greatest thing in the world for you.  

430 pm Caesar Salad (I’m addicted to my new Caesar Dressing recipe) with raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw hemp seeds and a little bit of sheep milk cheese – parm style.

5 pm Potatoes, Carrots, Peas, Peppers, Green Onions steamed with a curry/almond/coconut sauce that I made.   I made a lot of this sauce because I planning to use it for several meals throughout the week.  I also made a big batch of the Caesar Dressing too.

The coconut almond sauce that I made consisted of 10 ounces of coconut milk (from a can—I just made sure there was not added sugar, but I doubt this is a raw ingredient, but whatever), 4 tablespoons of raw & creamy almond butter, one tablespoon of garlic chili sauce (canned, sugar free) and a little bit of lemon juice left over the big batch of Caesar dressing that I made.

I had a nice afternoon with my friend Missy, but I fooled around a bit too much this weekend and didn't get some crucial things done that I needed to do.  I lost the lint trap for the washer down the plumbing and I can't figure out how to use the snake to get the trap back, this has been frustrating to me all weekend.  I'm quickly running out of clean clothing.....and I don't believe in deodorant.  The Ace is going to have order extra S.A.R.S. masks this week.
