11 am ONE LITER of water
1 pm 16 ounces of green juice (lemon, romaine, ginger, spinach, cucumber)
2 pm 16 ounces of green juice (lemon, romaine, ginger, spinach, cucumber)
230 pm 10 ounces juice (beet, carrot, apple, ginger --- I used the juicer to make this juice as I find the blender can not turn hard veggies like beet and carrot into juice)
4-6 pm 28 ounces of water
730 pm The owners of the Fireroast Café by my house accepted my invitation for dinner. I felt so privileged to have them join me, they are two of the coolest people I have become acquainted with in the last year. Lisa and Dave's company fed my soul.

I fed my body with my favorite Raw Caesar Salad (I'm sure you're bored with this by now but I'm still L O V I N G it!) raw pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, raw hemp seed, raw sheeps milk parm-style cheese with homemade vegan, gluten free raw caesar dressing! Followed by fried (in butter) eggs over WILD CAUGHT Salmon (never buy farm raised fish, do your research, it's terrible for the environment AND terrible for your health) baked with Sesame Oil (if you must cook with oil, sesame oil is one of the only recommended because of it's high heat tolerance), ginger, lemon, stevia and garlic. We also had steamed broccoli and brussel sprouts.
For dessert "Coconut Bliss Ice Cream" and "Endangered Species Dark Chocolate"

Some notes about today

• I closed last night, resetting my schedule is always complicated and either involves eating a lot in day (like yesterday) or eating less in a day (like today). I always notice on the long days when I eat a lot, I don’t feel so good physically. On the short days when I just try to stock up on liquids and eat minimally, I feel really good….but maybe that’s the champagne talking.
