230 pm 8 ounces of homemade soup made in the Blendtec (VERY lightly steamed sweet potato, butternut squash, onion, garlic, celery and dates with sea salt, black pepper and Pacifica brand almond milk – original flavor)
8 pm 4 slices of dried apple, 2 slices of dried mango and 1 slice of dried papaya – all unsweetened and unsulfured.
9 pm 8 ounces of mixed greens with lemon, salt, pepper, spirulina and olive oil followed by 4 ounces of wild caught salmon and two eggs over easy.
