- 16 ounces of Minneapolis tap
- 16 ounces of Green Juice with lemon, collard greens (from my back yard), romaine, ginger and Stevia
- 16 ounces smoothie with spinach, banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries mixed with fresh squeezed orange juice
- 16 ounces of smoothie with banana, peanut butter, Stevia, almond milk and a little bit of salt because I love salt
- ½ cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 lb of raw carrots
- 4 Rice Paper Spring Rolls (fresh) with Alpha Sprouts, Bean Sprouts, Shredded Carrot, Cucumber, cilantro and avocado and mint.
- ½ Cup of Quinoa with green beans, mushrooms, carrots, avocado and sesame seeds
