10 am 24 ounces of greeen juice with celery, romaine, kale, lemon and green apple
2 pm small green salad with carrots and grape tomatoes
3 pm left over quinoa dish from yesterday (see yesterday)
8 pm LOTS and LOTS of raw, vegan nori rolls with sprouts, cucumber, zucchini, avocado, green onion, carrots, braggs liquid aminos and wasabi
11 pm 2 quarts of air popped popcorn with salt and butter
