9 am ONE LITER of Minneapolis tap
11 am 20 ounces of super powerful green juice with celery (WOW), romaine, spinach, carrots, lemon, an inch of ginger and some 2 teaspoons of Stevia
1130 am FIVE Chlorella tabs.  I wasn’t sure how to take these so I chewed them.  I didn’t really like the flavor and it made my teeth turn green.  If you know if I am suppose to chew them or take them like a pill let me know.  I’m sure all the raw vegan folks are going to tell me to chew them because digestion starts in the mouth.
I couldn't find a picture of the tabs...here is it a powder version.  Look always for RAW.
230 pm one apple, one orange, one banana
6 pm 10 ounces of Mixed greens with cucumber, zucchini and broccoli (all noodlized with the spiralizer)
630 pm sprouted quinoa cooked with lightly steamed broccoli, carrot, snow pea, brussel sprouts and red pepper with ½ of avocado and Braggs Liquid Aminos
8 pm Greek Olive tapenade and Goat Cheese with Tortilla Chips and a glass of red wine at the Muddy Pig in St. Paul.
11 pm 5 of those Indonesian Ginger Candies (not good for you, but good tasting)

  1. Ok, I love love love that you are doing this blog! I am collecting up all the motivation I can, to start eating better and working out. I already don't eat meat. I find that I eat pretty healthy, I just don't eat regularly which I know is hurting me. I love your green juice, I buy mine pre-made from Trader Joes but wouldn't mind making it myself. Anyway, thanks! xo.

  2. Thanks Tamara. I am going to make a video soon showing the two methods that I use to make juice. I PERSONALLY think pre-prepared juices like Naked are crap because they are pasteurized (heat treated) and made with high-glycemic ingredients...but what do I know.

Making your own can be easy. I'll make a video soon showing the easiest methods.
