12 pm 8 ounces of GREEN JUICE
3 pm 10 ounces of spinach and radicchio with my raw apple cider / Dijon dressing, red onions, broccoli and goat cheese (chevre style)
315 pm Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted grain tortilla with tasty LucĂ© red sauce, basil, grape tomatoes, crushed red peppers, lots of chopped garlic and the last of my RAW goat cheese (cheddar style) – an awesome find – I’m hoping to find it again.
7pm 8 ounces of GREEN JUICE
730 pm 10 ounces of romaine with home grown SPROUTS, raw hemp seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, garlic and raw Caesar dressing
8 pm Quinoa with a tasty curry that I made which consisted of fingerling potatoes, carrots, red and yellow bell pepper, green onion, spices, 4 ounces of Coconut Milk (for the whole batch, probably enough for 5 meals) and JACKFRUIT! Oh! I love jackfruit. Why isn’t this more popular with the vegetarians, it looks like and has the texture of shredded chicken and is really delicious. It was hard to find not canned in syrup, but I eventually did at United Noodle http://www.unitednoodles.com (local all things Asian grocery store). AMAZING!
9 pm - bedtime 5 or 6 of my raw superfood cookies. I don’t know what to tell you. These things are off the hook amazing to me. Made with raw honey, raw unrefined coconut oil, raw cashew nut butter, sundried goji berries, raw chia seeds with raw Lucama powder and raw mesquite powder and frozen in rubber ice cube trays overnight.
PS: I promise to deliver a youtube video by Sunday specifically comparing juicing methods. I am pretending like my friend Tamara who lives in Missouri wants this information.
