8 pm 10 ounces of Mixed Greens with 3 cups of assorted sprouts, chia seeds and braggs raw unfiltered apple cider and Dijon mustard
830 pm Four egg omelet with red and yellow peppers, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder with goat cheese gouda style, cilantro and cherry tomato
930 pm ½ dark chocolate bars
