10-1130 am ONE BIG OL' LITER O H20, gulp.
12 pm Twenty-four ounces of GREEEEEEEN JUICE with Romaine, Kale, Ginger, Stevia, Spinach and Cucumber.
1230 pm 12 ounces of Mixed Greens with 2 cups of alfalfa sprouts, hemp seed and Dijon / Braggs apple cider vinegar.
1245 pm 1/2 slice of Dominos Veggie Pizza (for work purposes, I would NEVER do it for any reason other than market research).
1250 pm Pizza Lucé's AMAZING gluten-free stuffed shells.
115 pm 1/4 Black & Greens Dark Chocolate Bar 85% cacao content
7 pm 8 ounces of water with....BUBBLES!!!
8 pm 10 ounces of spinach with my favorite raw Caesar dressing (that's right folks, you know what I'm talking about) with 2 cups of sprouts, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (all RAW)
830 pm Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla with Classico Vegetarian Marinara, green onions, grape tomatoes, sliced zucchini, pine-nut un-cheese (left over from the raw Mockaroni & un-Cheese) with a wee small bit of gouda style goat cheese.
930 pm 1/4 Endangered Species Dark Chocolate Bar 88% cacao content with a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of raw almond butter.
Minus the Dominos, a delicious day!
