11 am I slept in late and deserved it, last week was a long and hard workweek with a lot of stress.
1130 am – 1230 pm ONE LITER OF WATER
1230 pm – 230 pm The longest walk ever with Estella. It was above freezing today and divine. People were everywhere loving the little mid-January heat wave.
3 pm 16 ounces of green juice (I used the juicer instead of the blender again). Celery with greens, spinach, carrot, romaine, cucumber and green apple. This felt VERY cleansing going down
Around 430 pm or so I had 1, 2, 3 BANANAS!

5 pm 16 ounces of juicer juice with lime, lemon, kale, one pink lady apple and LOTS of ginger
630 pm 8 ounces of water – with bubbles.
645 pm 10 ounces of MIXED GREENS with alfalfa sprouts, raw and unfiltered braggs apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard.
8 pm RAW VEGAN DELICIOUS SUSHI….with a little bit of garlic chili sauce dipped in wasabi and Braggs Liquid Aminos (instead of soy sauce). See photos below!
10 pm ONE tablespoon of raw and creamy almond butter and one half tablespoon of RAW LOCAL honey mashed together and licked off the spoon.
With such lovely weather, I decided to consume minimally today and to do an entire raw day. I will do the same tomorrow since it’s expected to be another day of sunshine and heat.
This is what I started with - avocado, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, carrot, zucchini (spiralized super thin) with alfalfa, broccoli and clover sprouts (not pictured). Wrapped up in Nori Sheets.
