12:30 pm 16 ounces of delicious and green juice with romaine, spinach, collard greens, ginger, stevia, and lemon.
2:30 pm Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla with Lucé Red Sauce, basil, grape tomatoes and gouda style goat cheese. Oh and LOTS of garlic.
7:30 pm 12 ounces of spinach and mixed greens with 1 cup of alpha sprouts, raw sunflower seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and with Dijon Mustard and UNFILTERED RAW Apple Cider Vinegar.
8:00 pm Steamed fingerling potatoes, carrots and snow peas seasoned with red curry, coriander, cumin, garlic, salt and tarragon over sprouted (and cooked) quinoa.
