6 am Rise and Shine
630 am 28 ounces of WATER
730 am 28 ounces of WATER
930 am 28 ounces of GREEN JUICE (collard greens, romaine, stevia, broccoli stem, ginger, lemon. I used the juicer this morning so I could juice the broccoli stem. YOWZERS! I’ve been making juice in a blender for so long, I forgot how I N T E N S E and S T R O N G those greens are without any extra water added.
1 pm HUGE mixed green salad with cucumber, grape tomato, red onion, green pepper, carrot, broccoli, a few greek olives, lemon juice, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper
115 pm Spaghetti Squash with oil free, sugar free, Spaghetti Sauce
3 pm 10 tostidos chips with melted gouda and sundried tomatoes and greek olives (this is one of those instances when you should just look away from me!)
7 pm Eight ounces of water
730 pm The lovely Kate Rose joined me for supper. We had Caesar salad (hey I had left over dressing from yesterday, waste not / want not. Sprouted quinoa with brussel sprouts, broccoli, snow peas and steak sauce.
8 pm ½ bar of Dark Chocolate (72% cacao content) and a glass of red wine
10 pm 3 cups of air popped popcorn with sea salt, black pepper and a PINCH of curry
PS: Today is 7 days of eating blogged! How did your week go? Try mixing up the greens in your juice...I always use romaine, lemon, stevia and ginger and I rotate in my darker greens like kale, collard greens and turnip greens.
Caesar Millan says, "rules, boundaries and limitations". Good for dogs, good for human.
