10 am 8 ounces of green juice
11 am 3 slices of cantaloupe (I’ve heard you always want to eat melon before anything else because it moves SO quickly through your system and you don’t want it rotting on top of anything else)
230 pm 8 ounces of green juice (I portioned from this morning into an 8 ounce canning jar)
240 pm Spinach Salad with raw hemp seeds, raw pumpkin seeds and yesterdays raw Caesar dressing – WOW GARLIC!
250 pm Not one, but TWO Lara Bars (I had pistachio and lemon bar varieties). This is a L-O-T of Lara bar, but I was pretty hungry for some reason. It’s cold outside and drafty in the house so I must have been spending some energy with all the shivering….brr.
530 pm 10 ounces of green juice – I’m going to a friends for dinner and I’m not sure if there will be any greens, so just in case I’m drinking another green juice.
630 pm I went with my friend Ben to his neighbors Leah and Matt’s house. Leah made a phenomenal dinner with rice, curry and dahl. I had plenty of curry and red lentil dahl and rice, but steered clear of the naan bread.
For dessert ¼ cup of vanilla ice cream (cow’s milk) and ¼ of an Endangered Species brand 72% cacao dark chocolate bar. I’ve heard that sweet on starch is not recommended for good digestion, but sometimes you break a few rules, other times you break all the rules!
630-930 pm three glasses of wine.
