11 am 16 ounces green juice (lemon, ginger, turnip greens and romaine with 2 packets of stevia).
2 pm HUGE SALAD (about 8 ounces of greens) of mixed greens topped with cucumber, carrot, green pepper, 1 ounce of chopped pickled jalapenos, grape tomatoes with a whole avacado mashed up and tossed into the salad. I squeezed a little fresh lime juice over the top and seasoned it with black pepper and a little bit of table salt.
215 pm one baked orange sweet potato (baked plain in tin foil for 350 at 1 hour). Topped with 1 small pat of ORGANIC BUTTER, a bit of table salt and black pepper.
230 pm five tostidos corn chips (Corn Chips are a MAJOR weakness for me, since I love them so much I let myself have a FEW if I want, but sometimes it’s hard to stop, so I am cautious.
630 pm Eight ounces of water
745 pm Eight ounces of green juice (made this morning and stored in the fridge filled to the brim in an 8 ounce canning jar).
800 pm Green Salad (8 ounces of romaine) topped with two tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds, one tablespoon of raw hemp seeds, one table spoon of raw sunflower seeds, raw Caesar dressing (click on here for FANTASTIC raw Caesar Dressing recipe), SHEEPS milk cheese (Parm style – but any hard sheep or goat milk cheese will do).
The most fantastic raw Caesar dressing ever!

815 pm Flounder (Florentine Style. I brushed chopped garlic, dried basil, dried rosemary leaves, black pepper and sea salt; I placed on a piece of foil (smeared with a little ORGANIC butter on the foil so it doesn’t stick). Before sealing up the Flounder in the tin foil, I added a cup of chopped spinach and ¼ cup of diced red pepper). Cook for 10 minutes wrapped loosely in foil at 400˚. After 10 minutes, I opened up the foil packet and flicked 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese over the top of the fish and cooked for 10 more minutes with the foil opened and the fish exposed.
The flounder was okay. I liked the Florentine part of it, but not so much the fish part…next time I would do this with salmon instead of flounder….but the Caesar salad was the MOST AMAZING thing I have had in months. It’s going to be hard not to eat this every day. I think I will leave the sheep cheese off next time though as it made the salad just a little bit too salty.
