Too Much Information, I'm sure.

Starting around midnight and continuing now....something insane, noisy, bubbly and dehydrating has been happening in my digestive system.  I’m not sure if it was poor food combining, a general lack of raw foods over the last several days, the movie theatre popcorn and all the sugar in the Milk Chocolate bar and Coke or if I grabbed some parasite somewhere, but if you were lying in my bed next me….You would feel sorry for the noises coming from my digestive system and you would be sure to clear a path between the restroom and me.
Two or three winters ago I was in Washington and I had a stomach bug that lasted several days.  I threw up all over my parent’s bathroom and had diarrhea pretty badly.  I remember having this taste in my mouth for several days and having these gassy burps that tasted like rot.  I’m also experiencing these burps.  This is leading me to believe that it may be a combination between a little bug and the movie theatre food (last time I became very ill after consuming a bunch of movie theatre popcorn and soda as well).  Since I know my system tolerates some cheating okay, I am convinced it’s a bug combined with the gassy fast food.  I’ve also been feeling anxious this weekend about pending changes happening in my life and finances and a slightly overwhelming to-do list both professionally and personally and I think I am at that moment in my cycle that "they" call PMS…….who knows what’s wrong with me.  I’ve been feeling like superwoman the entire winter, but the reality is, I am not immune to bugs just because I changed my diet so dramatically.

I am not feeling like eating right now, but I feel EXTREMELY dehydrated.  I will drink a lot of water, which I also don’t really feel into because of all the liquid still bubbling in my intestines.  I know that I need to drink liquids, so that’s what I’ll do.  When I do feel like eating, I’m going for some bananas and maybe some green juice.
