630 pm 24 ounces of green juice with kale, lemon, Stevia, romaine and ginger.
830 pm Pizza Lucé Greek Salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, feta cheese and greek dressing with a glass of red wine. Followed by a few pieces of gluten free bread with Pizza Lucé artichoke dip and two slices of mashed potato pizza. YUUUUUMMMMMMMMM
That’s right folks, I did a mini fast – 28 hours with nothing but water, 30 hours without food. I’d love to say that I aspired for this, but the truth is, it kind of happened on accident.
