3 pm 24 ounces of green juice with kale, lemon, Stevia, romaine and ginger.
4 pm One cup of Pacifica Almond milk original flavor
6 pm Two pieces of whole-wheat pita bread (Holy Land) with hummus tahini (also Holy Land)
630 pm Chicken and apple sausage dog on a whole-wheat bun with mustard, lettuce and roasted red pepper with mustard. Grilled pineapple and tomato slices. Two glasses red wine and 1/3 of an Endangered Species Chocolate Bar with Cacao nibs.
930 pm Eight ounces of water
